The hotel is situated very close to the city center and is easily accessible. The room was fantastic, and the owner is a very friendly and nice lady. The bathroom is really nice, and the water pressure along with the hot water facilities are superb.

There was not a fan in the room....of course its nuwaraeliya 😅😅you dont need one ..but personally i think itwouldbe better with a fan

Treated well from the moment of acceptance. Good manners as well as manners. When going out under bad weather, I constantly checked to see if I was okay.

We were close to discard this option because the punctuation was not very high. That would have been a mistake. We got a nice room in a beautiful colonial house with attention to detail. The family who lives there was friendly. A really good value for the money and really close to the center. Updating on some of the comments, the place was easy to find, there are various signs starting from the main road showing the way. Looks like the hot water shower has been fix, because on our whole trip we haven't had a hot shower with better water pressure and temperature.

As something to improve, as mentioned in other comments, a sheet underneath the blankets would be nice. However, it seems its something common in the region, from what we have seems afterwards in other places.
