USINIt was a beautiful concept with comfortable ambience and clean rooms. Getting to the property was easy. Very close to the city. The staff and cook were very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I have is regarding power back up. Pre monsoon is the best time to visit Chikmanglur and its expected that there will be power cuts, but there were so many instances where there was no power. Of course the weather is cool so we had no issue with the temperature, but changing clothes became hard. They had power backup but no one to turn it on. Thats the only complaint We had. Considering what we paid, we expected this issue to not be present since many hotels were offering similar prices.
ININWorth the price, very good food, taste was amazing and was homely and staff was very helpful. Only downfall was there was too much power cut and no sufficient power backup, that was the only disappointment. We were without power for more than 4 hours. Please work on this. And keep additional fans in rooms for 4.
