The light coming in the sides of the windows in the morning, the same breakfast everyday

Very nice hotel! We were upgraded to a three person room and it was very spacious. Pretty rooms. The hot bath was really nice! Friendly staff. The breakfast is tasty, it's basically three different options (eel, abalone, beef) for a main ingredient and depending on that what is served with the rice changes, but the rest are the same. It's tasty and a very big portion. But, for a longer stay it could get a little repetitive. Coffee and juice could also be included, now you had to pay extra for those. Location is right next to Haeundae beach, and many places to eat close by Bus stops were close by and the metro is about 10 minutes on foot.

Small room, small bed, no place for suitcsse, breakfast is very limited, we didn't eat .the team is realy trying to assist but they were surprise to find that Busan has airport and where the money change is. Etc.

Staff Vicky and Leo at front desk are special helpful during in and out late check in due to KTX disruption from Seoul to Busan.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step in, you notice the beautiful design. During check in, the staff gifted us a bath bomb as a honeymoon gift to use in our spa, as well as a handwritten note wishing us a great stay. Of course, a big highlight: the room! We could even watch Netflix while enjoying our bath. We enjoyed the Korean breakfast (they kindly prepared a a vegan option for me, which honestly should be listed on the menu because of how tasty it was!). We also loved attending the free whiskey hour and yoga class. In addition, the location of the hotel was amazing - 5 minutes walk from the Airport Limousine bus stop and to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping streets and the metro, and a 15 minutes walk to the Sky Capsule. The staff kindly helped us book a taxi to the central bus terminal, and call up a restaurant about out reservation. They went above and beyond to help us have a nice and smooth experience. Staying here will be a memory we will treasure forever, thank you!

UH Continental CenterPoint was a great hotel, centrally located and less than a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby, and it was also close to the Haeundae Traditional Market. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a unique traditional Korean breakfast, which I personally loved. However, if you are not used to having rice for breakfast, you may prefer to book without breakfast, as there are many coffee shops and bakeries nearby to choose from.
