Dolphin Watch

The location is great. 2 minutes walk to the beach including waiting to cross the road. Very clean. Good view of the pool so you can see if it’s busy or not and decide to use it. Apartment was clean, beach towels available. Washing machines and tumble dryers are pay to use for all apartments located in the breezeway. Good communication from host.

The host is anonymous. The bed wasn’t comfortable and I suffered with backache each morning. Also a chair on the balcony the actual seat was damaged and covered by a cushion so wasn’t comfortable to sit on. The other one only the arms weren’t covered but didn’t impact sitting on it. There was a lounger but it has two lounger cushions so just took up space as you wouldn’t use it like that. Once towels are hung out there’s not much space left.

We loved how close this was to the beach perfect location. The room was great everything you needed was in there it was like home from home. Driving distance to clearwater if you want to head up that way about 20 minutes..

How clean and new everything was. Excellent location.

Sitting in the chairs looking out in the intracoastal watching manatees swim by was amazing. They came by every morning between 7-8. I loved how updated and fresh the space felt. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. The beach is across the street and the trolley stop is right outside of the space.

My only negative was lack of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for a 3 night stay.

The location was great. We enjoyed walking through the bird sanctuary to get to the beautiful beach and watch the sunset. We used the trolly stop outside the development to go to John's Pass and Clearwater. Very convenient. We also thoroughly enjoyed the very clean, large pool with ample seating. And a bonus is there is a pickleball court a short 2-minute walk from the unit.

The dressing table chair is falling apart. We couldn't find a pair of scissors or hand towels and were only left with a 1/2 roll of paper towels. There are quite a few smokers that use the balcony to smoke which takes away from the wonderful view of the river and the sunrise.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a good value.
