The experience was excellent. The staff were good and the service was efficient.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The bed

The staff, the untrained staff that makes sure you're literate and following hotel rules at every step without an iota of intelligence, whether to ask a guest if they want to upgrade, nonchalantly vomiting training jargons that air conditioning will take time to cool. Why the hell would you send customers to a room that has no fan and the ac turned off for days. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful behavior of the staff. Had to pull strings with the owner of this hotel to make things happen here. Skip at all costs. Head to Vivanta.
