Female Hostel

Good location, clean, and tidy. The room is large for 4 bed, there is space to unpack, a drawer under the bed, and a locker with a key to put your stuff in there. The kitchen is actually usable, so it’s possible to cook, which is great as there is nothing much to do in faro apart from daily boat tour really. It’s easy to meet people as a solo traveler in the room.

If you read the comments, you know! Book at your own risks! 1/ the worst: There is only one shower for the whole hotel and the only toilet is inside. It can be quite smelly and unpleasant (poop smell) when taking a shower as there is no window inside the bathroom. I thought I could avoid the queue as it’s not the touristic season, and partly it works as I woke up early and could shower every morning. Although of course there was a time I had to go pee urgently before catching my train. The women would not go out of the shower even if I knocked and started showering. I waited a bit but unfortunately had to go unable to access the toilets… it’s REALLY INCONVENIENT!! 2/ the noise of the bed and lights are terrible. There is glass above the room doors which is pretty but when lights are up in the corridor it lights up heavily in the room. Some nights are quiet, some other if you don’t sleep yet it, it’s sooo unconfortable. Same for the noisy beds. I was lucky the first two nights wit a quiet girl, but the third night there was a girl who could not sleep and would move and turn around constantly. I didn’t sleep a wink and regretted booking this hostel even if it’s good price for the money. Now you know.

Localização excelente, limpeza e organização muito boa, cozinha muito bem equipada e organizada assim como os demais espaços.

Os beliches poderiam ter uma cortina para maior privacidade, apenas um banheiro para toda a acomodação atrapalhou um pouco.
