The hosts are very friendly and helpful - willing and available to help/answer questions whenever we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything is new and in great conditions. As a bonus, they have a charging outlet for electric cars (our rental was electric and it was very handy having it charged overnight and free!!). The location is great, perfect to go on day trips to various locations.

Out of our expectation. Very nice owner of the house and very good hosting on Christmas eve. The apartment is clean and cozy with good view of the valley and San Gimignano. Extrally, we received their own farm's red wine and this year's virgin olive oil as gift. Nice experience!

Perhaps one of the best host we have ever experienced in our 8 plus years traveling in Italy! From the beginning of the booking process until the check out process, Caterina and Fabio ensured that we get the best experience in San Gimignano. The place is immaculately clean, modern, spacious and functional. The view from the place overlooking the town of San Gimignano is awesome! It is about 10 minutes away from the town but that is what we expected and what we desire. Hands down to the couple for absolutely managing this place. We will not be surprised to see this place as the best place to stay in San Gimignano! BTW, try their home produced wine when visiting :)

Our very short stay (our fault)

The accommodation is located in the hills around San Gimignano, already the drive to there is amazing. The apartment is very modern and has all the comfort you need. Also a special thank to the host, she was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very, very much.

Exceptional - perfect appartment, beautiful inside, even better than in pictures. everything you need is in, kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher+tablets, coffe machine+cups....., also bathroom and utillity (washmaschine, iron,....) Clean? Extreme clean. Also thanks to Caterina and Fabio - owners, for such a good hosting, thanks for the bottle of their wine Poggio Rotondo. IT is vey good! Both of them are full od advise what to do and what to see in their area. definetely we will come back.

It's not often - if ever - that you stay somewhere and the location itself and hosts are a central part of the thorough enjoyment of being there. We arrived very late (23.30 h) due to a phone connection problem in the car, which led to some wrong turns and other delays. Kept texting forward to advice new arrival times. Pulled into this cosy, outside-lit place, where Caterina and Fabio were waiting up for us, and delighted to see us. Can't ask for more than that - we were so grateful. The place is quiet, and beautiful, the grounds are large, and the view from the picnic table to the surrounding countryside and San Gimignano is spectacular. The apartment is part of a completely renovated buidling. It is large and well-appointed from bedroom, to bathroom, to kitchen. Scrupulously clean, very comfortable. The location is fabulous if you have a car. You're a few minutes from San Gimignano, and there are lots of day trips to be had to...Siena (~40 min), Florence (~45 min), Certaldo (~25 min), Monteriggioni (~35 min) - just to name a few options. In other words, really nicely centrally located. Caterino and Fabio and family (and Luna the dog, and the rabbit)...they are simply sensational. Kind, generous to a fault, helpful in every respect, and happy. Couldn't ask for more.
