Kizumba House

The staff was super super nice. Breakfast was okay,nothing fancy. Our room was Clean but smelled a bit Out of the Drainage. We Like staying because it was super Close to the Center and a lot of Great Restaurants were Close. And you cant say anything because it was very cheap

The property was easy to access and safe to be at. The restaurant and bar with outdoor sections to get comfy. Special thanks to Damian, Vanessa, Innocent and the two ladies in charge of room keeping for their kindness, support and interesting interactions. Arusha has a space in my heart because of Kizumba House.

Loved everything

Each room is a little, cosy hut with wide, wooden comfortable beds and warm water in the attached bathroom (though the pressure was a bit low). The dining room and lounge are spacious and well decorated with local materials. The breakfast was quite substantial. The location, ideal.

Unfortunately there was only one weak overhead lamp in the hut, none of the numerous electrical outlets were working so we had to walk a certain distance to the public spaces to charge our various devices. Very annoying after a long day of safari and having to waste time staying there to look after your electronic equipment! We were told that the electrician had been called to restore the circuit but when we came back the 2nd evening nothing had been done because, we were told, it was a Sunday! Didn't they know that before?! It's unthinkable that a guest house could rent out rooms without electricity... or didn't even check that everything was functioning... because the lady who showed us to our hut at check in was just as surprised as us by the lack of electricity and said she was going to inform the management of this!!! Worse, on the morning of our departure, we had to get up at 5 am... to discover that even the sole overhead light had gone dead! It was pitch black so we had to walk to the public washroom in the reception area, which HAD electricity, to wash up! This whole business made our entire stay very disatisfactory !!!

Ottimo posto per chi deve soggiornare ad Arusha. In centro, poco distante dalla Clock Tower, con bungalow in un bel giardino, sicuro, tranquillo, camere pulite con acqua calda. Ha anche un buon ristorante con prezzi ottimi. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato
