The view and the terrace are beautiful, the rest leaves much to be desired

Once we got into apartment we felt a strong smell of cheap flavouring, like we use in the toilet. It was everywhere. It turned out that it covered another worse smell of tobacco and sewerage:(( It really spoiled the impression of the vacation. Also the bed is very hard, we slept badly. The furniture made really inconvenient, the sinks both in bathroom and in kitchen are very far, it is uncomfortable to reach with your hands. Old crockery, you cannot cook anything on the pan, everything burns on it. Really disappointing and very far from the meaning "Lux" We understand that it might be offensive for the host, and we are sorry for that, but we believe that such reviews will help other tourists and also host to make his apartment better... If we had seen such review before, we would not have booked this apartment, especially for such price... We described everything as it was and we don't think that this is the reason for the host to write unpleasant messages in WhatsApp much later after our departure and making the impression worse. We had a dog, your apartment has a pet-friendly mark and we asked about it additionally. Yes, dogs are shedding and our dog sheds like others. So what's your complaint about? Your cleaning fee should be included in rent price, not requested through booking after guests left. And, please, calm down your fantasy, there were no trash on the ground and your "cleaning crew" was just 2 people. Again, we are very sorry that we didn't match your idea about perfect guests. Hope next will be better.

Interior is nice and clean, terrace is beautiful. towels and sheets were also clean. Host is welcoming.

No water pressure at all. Showering is a pain. Everything in the apartment looks good but inconvenient. Basin is too far, second bar stool is impossible to use, kettle has to be changed to new, broken trashbin you need to bent over every time, no hangers for jackets, no hangers for towels in the shower, etc... Neighborhood is shabby.

The penthouse is well furnished with tastful and seemingly original artwork. The balcony offers a good view of central Belgrade; if you like socialist-area modern architecture, you will appreciate the tower block and surrounding buildings.

Unless you fancy a long walk beside a motorway or the Danube, it's best to get a bus into the more "touristy" parts of Belgrade. This is more advice to others: the washing machine does work, but it's on the same circuit as some of the lights in the bathroom, so the lights have to be on when you wash something. Some of the handles on the sliding doors appeared to be a bit broken, as did one of the stools in the kitchen (I had to re-tighten a screw). Finally, placing a bed so it faces some screen doors without blinds seems like questionable interior design; trying to take a nap during the day would be difficult.
