AMASEA Resort

Leuk aangelegd met de verschillende huisjes en planten. Erg schoon en netjes.

Het bed was erg hard en te kort. Daarnaast voelde het in het huisje klam/vochtig aan.

The room was clean but the bed was a bit hard . Hanging space was limited

The food offering at lunch were not great . Our lasagna had to be returned as it was cold . We decided to eat at the restaurant one evening and were prepared to pay as we were on a B&B deal. The manager firstly said we must book at reception, then when we left to do that he changed his mind and agreed to accommodate us. We arrived and were required to provide our signature not once, not twice but 3x before we could eat . This was embarrassing. The breakfast was great but in one occasion the same waiter who served us our meal ( above) started laying tables for dinner at 9am. I saw families arrive for breakfast ( with an hour to go till breakfast service ended ) and settle themselves at a window seat with views of the sea . The waiter removed their cutlery and coffee to an alternative table away from the view because he had put lunchtime table cloths on the window tables . Of course given a choice guests would expect to sit and enjoy sea views so the waiter was wrong to move them when as stated there was another 60 minutes of breakfast service.

Le personnel des repas, sympathique par ailleurs n'est pas qualifié ( 1/4 H d attente pour grill avec 3 personnes devant, 20 mn pour un café avec une seule machine distributrice, les plats chauds sont froids....) Et l'encadrement tourne, sourit, accueille mais ne répond pas aux attentes !

Petit déjeuner correct. Emplacement très bien.

règles de consommation à la piscine un peu pénibles, terrasse de pt déjeuner exclusivement à l'ombre, Restaurant buffet un peu "froid"
