Very confort place and clean and very gentle the owner

The position that is far from the center 5 km

The place is super clean and the hosts are amazing. Only 5 minutes walk from Como Camerlata train station. Equipped with air conditioning. Perfect for the summer heat. Couldn’t recommend more.☺️

We had warm water for only one night during our three-day stay. I wrote a message but the host did not respond. only after we called her was the warm water available, but unfortunately only for that night. Additionally we had to pay an extra tourist tax to the host despite this situation.

Wonderful apartment, furnished with great taste in a nice villa with garden and parking. Public transportion to central Como only a few minutes away on foot. For longer stays there is a big supermarket nearby.

The customer care service felt distant and not particularly friendly: they were quick to remind us to complete the check-in and pay for the tourist tax and parking. We had no more hot water on the last day of our 3-night stay and reported it in the late afternoon via booking.com message platform, only to get a confirmation the following morning (day of our departure) that a technician had been dispatched. Apart from saying they were sorry for the "mix-up", as they called it, they did not follow up on my complaint nor make a gesture to make us feel better.. It felt like a cold shower, literally and figuratively. I believe the place deserves a better customer care.
