The atmosphere, the food, the hospitality.

Everything is fantastic but the alcohol prices little bit expensive.

The views are amazing. The food was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly. The overall aesthetic is great! There are so many things to do here you can’t get bored! Absolutely amazing trip! A nice touch was I mentioned it was our anniversary prior on the booking, and they made a little heart with rose petals. Also left us some sweets. Very thoughtful.

Wasn't a big variety of breakfast, I think they could have done better, Room location was perfect, cleanliness could have been better and sewer maintenance needs to be attended more often in the bathrooms as we had a blockage due to lack of cleaning drains. Attention needed to Booking reservations as we booked for 3 adults online and room only had towels and Toiletries allocated for 1 adult and In saying this is why the Sofa bed wasn't set up at time of checking for 3rd guest.

Better breakfast, Cleanliness, Better Maintenance, Attention to Booking reservations and comments prior check in and Phone line that works.

We stayed two nights at Scappa Resort during our 10 days in Lebanon, and it was the best decision of our trip. We wished we could have stayed longer! The food was fresh and delicious, and the pool has amazing views of the mountains. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and cozy place, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Scappa!
