everything was perfect, it was actually the best place where we stayed during our trip to vietnam. The pool was also a very big plus, we really enjoyed the stay:)

Great value for money. Very close to all attractions and it has a pool.

The owner is so friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and had a full fridge of drinks and a great AC. Right in the middle of town which was perfect for doing things and accessing busses. Would stay here again if I came back.

The room is clean and location is very good, just next to the lake but very quiet.

Staff were incredibly friendly and rooms exceptionally clean. Pool was great and the location is perfect. Situated next to good restaurants and a mini mart. Air conditioning also worked really well

Really nice place to stay in Tam Coc close enough to the town but also quiet. The beds are super comfy. We actually stayed here twice as we came back to Tam Coc. The pool is also a good size.

There are a few mosquitos (but that's just the area in general) so bring some repellent and then it's fine.

We had a lovely stay - perfect location and the room was clean with very comfy beds. The owner was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.
