I thought for a long time about whether to write my opinion about this accommodation, mainly because during the four days we spent there, we developed quite a negative impression. We have already been to Bergamo several times, and we have never had a problem with any of the hosts before; everywhere we left with positive experiences, good memories, and satisfaction. I finally decided to write down the negative things we experienced here, factually, in the hope that this might help others when deciding whether to book this accommodation. To start with, I booked for six days, in two separate parts: first from August 16–20, and then a few days later I added August 14–16 as well, since I managed to get two extra days off work. After the cancellation deadline shown on Booking, the host correctly charged my account via Booking in two installments, according to the booking dates. On August 14, just a few minutes before our departure, the host messaged me via Booking saying that she had just realized both reservations were ours (14–15 and 16–20), and that there was some mix-up, so could we possibly find another solution for the night of the 14th? I replied that this was not possible at such last minute, especially since we had already paid in advance, and therefore we insisted on occupying the accommodation. Her response was that we should try to go to a hotel just for this one night. I told her this was unfortunately not possible, then we boarded our plane and flew to Bergamo. After landing, I saw an email from Booking informing me that our reservation for August 14–15 had been canceled and that the amount already paid would be refunded in a few days. Here I consider Booking to be most at fault, and I plan to take legal action in this matter, because even though I tried calling them to ask what was going on, they were unreachable! In my opinion, the fair solution would have been to provide us with another accommodation for a similar price!

Saimniece Aurora ļoti rūpējās par mums, lai mēs ceļojuma laikā viņas apartamentos justos labi, sagādājot brokastīm cepumus, augļus,, jogurtu, tējas, kafijas, arī iespēju gatavot makaronus, sagādājot dvieļu kalnus un lielisku iekārtotu guļamistabu. Wacapā sarakstījāmies par mūsu iespējamo ierašanās laiku pēc lidojuma novirzīšanu uz citu lidostu un tas bija jauki no saimnieces. Paldies vēlreiz par viņas rūpēm!

Apartamenti atradās autobusu satiksmei ne tik labā vietā..Grūti bija apartamentos ierasties vēlā vakarpusē, jo autobusi reti kursēja.

Milá majitelka, která velmi rychle reagovala na zprávy a počkala na nás do noci, než jsme pěšky dorazily z města. Pokoj na jednu noc naprosto dostačující, prostorná koupelna byla hned vedle v chodbě. Snídaně taková, jakou jsme víceméně očekávaly. Zastávka busu do centra cca 5min.

Na nás příliš měkká matrace v celku - každé pohnutí druhou osobu vyhoupalo :)) Ale pro někoho to zase může být fajn.
