Villa Amatia is a peaceful retreat – a true oasis! We practically had the wild beach and the property all to ourselves. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying complete privacy. Ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy nature and the sea.

Note: there are no nearby restaurants or cafés, so you’ll need to drive to Syracuse for dining or city activities.

Villa Amatia is an absolute hideaway! We loved the sense of solitude – just us and the untouched beach nearby. The villa offers total peace and a chance to truly unwind. It’s not the place for nightlife or dining out, as there’s nothing around, but a short drive to Syracuse covers that. If you want quiet, nature, and the sound of the waves, this is the perfect spot.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer

Es hatte keine Geschirrtücher oder Abwaschlappen in der Küche, Seifen im Bad waren leer, die Liegestühle in die Jahre gekommen und schmutzig. Am 1. Morgen stand die Küche unter Wasser, durch ein verstopftes Abwasserrohr auf dem oberen Balkon. Der Schaden wurde aber schnell behoben. Die untere Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, auch eines der Schlafzimmer. Keine Mückengitter, daher war das Lüften schwierig, da es viele Mücken und Fliegen hatte.
