The view is stunning, you're right by the sea, the ocean sounds at night are marvelous. The owner very friendly. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. You can park on the street. It's remote but precious.

I don't really have any complaints.

It is a really nice place if you don't care about having a descent grocery shop around the corner. Located just by the sea with a really nice view. The apartment we rented had a big terrace ideal for a morning coffee or a meal. There are two en-suite rooms, one with a nice double bed, the other one has a sofa, which was broken.

No grocery shop around and cats which were really annoying. You couldn't leave the door open as they were always after food and sneaking into the apartments. Broken sofa in one of the rooms and very little space around the bed in the other room.

The location is great, only couple of steps to the beach. The big terrace of the villa is great to spend time outside. The kitchen is well equipped.

One of the rooms has only a small window and in the other room the big window to the terrace we could not open so there was no air in the apartment. It was not easy to communicate with the person who handed-over the keys as she spoke only Italian. There was only one roll of TP in the bathroom for 2 nights and when we asked for extra, our question was ignored.

the most important thing is that this house is located right by the water, you can swim at any time, but there is no beach there, you have to go by car. We are very pleased, there is a comfortable bed and it was comfortable to sleep. everything is clean at home.

the air conditioner had to be turned off at night, because a bright light was on on it and it interfered with sleep. There is no wine opener, the washing machine cannot be used: it has a bad smell. when I washed the laundry, all the clothes also began to smell bad. the night lamp in one bedroom does not work well. I think the owner can easily eliminate all this and your trip will be pleasant. We were not very upset by this, because in general, this is a pleasant place and we spent the whole day outside the house, went to Syracuse and beaches.
