Small but cozy apartment right near the Bologna Train station.

Would be great to have basic toiletries like handwash and soap.

The location is really great! I liked that the place was spacious, and the check-in instructions were very clear. It was also nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine.

I don't think this is a good option for hot days: the flat has an air conditioning unit, but it is located on the first floor of the flat. And when the first floor is quite chilly, the bedroom upstairs is still hot as hot air always goes up. A small thing, but I missed having coat hangers or any type of hangers, really.

It was a complete apartment close to the train station and just steps away from one of the gates into the old city. Overall, a very good location. The owner was very accommodating.

Spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location. Train and bus stations are only few minutes away, and the historic center is also quick and easy to reach on foot. The apartment is really quiet and peaceful, windows to the courtyard. The apartment has everything you need and balcony is a nice addition. There are many restaurants, services and good grocery stores nearby. Very friendly and helpful host. We will definitely stay here if we visit Bologna again.

This property is not comfortable for older folks. The stairs going up and down for everything constantly is aggravating. The shower area is too small to move, The coffee provided did not fit the coffee maker. The bed is on the loft with little room and very dangerous to step down especially at night when you need to go downstairs and then upstairs again to go the bathroom. The return to the bed is the same. This is not a comfortable place and I took it for the location to go for work only. If you are not a hiker I do not suggest you stay here...
