Very spacios and nicely organized apsrtment.AC working great.Cleanplace.Beds comfortable. In nice area of Belgrade.Street quite but close to main streets that lead to down town.Host also very polite and on hand.

No minuses. We LIKED IT

I have stayed in multiple properties in Belgrade over the years, and this one is by far a new favorite for me. - very communicative, attentive, and prompt host - comfortably appointed with quality furniture, spacious, very clean - excellent location for walking to the center, though there are all neccessary services in the immediate neighborhood - a nicely appointed kitchen, with some attention to basic items (oil, salt, tea, etc.) which is definitely an under-commented amenity/consideration these days - great for an extended stay

Though the cost-to-value ratio is a bit high/does not favor solo travelers or a pair of travelers (there is a half-bath and guest bedroom that I, as a solo traveler, basically forgot were there), it is a world away from some of the unpleasant basement "apartments" or so-called studios advertised across Belgrade these days. (And I am speaking from years of experience with accommodations in Belgrade.)
