The place was exquisite and didn't feel like you were in the heart of Pietermaritzburg, so serene and felt right at home.

The communication in respect of an amenity not working could have been so much better to temper expectations upon arrival.

Location and beautiful setting. Grand home and well kept.

Had an incident with a very noisy guest who woke everyone up at 5.30am by bringing friends back (not paying guests) to have fun. Not on for other paying guests' safety and security.

The room was beautiful and very clean, and the tranquility of the area. Beatrice was really helpful.
