Quinta Lolita - La Paz Baja California Sur

My stay at Quinta Lolita was wonderful overall. The room was incredibly spacious, tidy, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the kitchenette and seating area, which created a comfortable workspace during my stay. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the WiFi was excellent — reliable enough for both work and streaming without issue. I also loved the decor and aesthetic touches throughout the property, and the full-sized toiletries were such a nice detail. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and I felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it easy to truly relax.

A couple of small areas for improvement would be dusting the ceiling fans a bit more thoroughly and increasing the shower water pressure slightly.

Cold reception from the property manager, and a very bizarre organization process: First, Booking.com asks for your arrival time and you get an email confirming your time. Then the Cncierge asks again on WhatsApp - fine, you answer. Then the property manager asks the exact same question a third time from another number. By the third request, I stopped replying, assuming the first two confirmations were enough. Apparently not: when we arrived, the property was locked and we waited outside in the Mexican heat until someone came to open the gate. Third time’s the charm, I guess. We also asked for help booking a taxi to the airport, since Uber was unavailable when we looked for a car from the airport. The manager just texted that she couldn't help with that and gave us a valuable advice to use an app The property itself may be fine, but the communication and service were disappointing.

Hotel pequeño y acogedor a 5 minutos andando del Malecón y en plena zona comercial. El personal fue súper atento, nos ayudaron mucho. Tienen dos bicis que se pueden utilizar sin coste para recorrer el Malecón. El hotel tiene mucho encanto, incluye una pequeña piscina y una zona común muy agradable. La habitación, un 10. No tiene ninguna pega. Volería y lo recomiendo.

The hotel is fantastic, impeccable design and rooms you actually would like to live in. Premium location and available bikes. The Staff is amazing, but Angélica, the Concierge, is out of this world. She's amazingly kind, helpful, has great restraurants and cafés recommendations, and there's simply nothing she can't fix.
