Sunlit Heaven

Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, gut ausgestattete und neue angerichtete Wohnung, gute Kontakt mit dem Host.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer lauten und steilen Straße, aber das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof, so dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben.

The property is in a lovely spot in walking distance to Siena town, it’s also a good size.

There were issues with the boiler being turned off on arrival, so I had to shower cold. The staff were not apologetic for the inconvenience. The staff also sent a lot of pressure about paying a cleaning/city tax during my stay, rather than on check out as previously agreed. For some reason I couldn’t pay in cash as arrived at 8pm - not sure why. Overall just felt the customer service wasn’t as good as other rentals I have used.

It was a very comfortable apartment for the two of us. Although a bit of a walk to get to the piazzas, it was well worth the money.

It was located on a very steep hill which you had to climb in order to get to the attractions

Very cozy, beautiful apartment. About 13 min from Piazza del Campo. It had everything we needed. Exactly like the photos!

Appartamento molto pulito e curato! La posizione era ottima, vicinissima al centro e alla stazione dei pulmann, comodissimo per chi, come noi, ha scelto il treno e il pulmun per girare la Toscana!

Non abbiamo mai incontrato il gestore nè visto alcuno di persona. Nonostante ciò abbiamo sempre ricevuto immediatamente risposte quando abbiamo fatto delle richieste o abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική κοντά στην πόρτα Ovile, το σπίτι ήταν καλόγουστο και καθαρό και μεγάλο όλα πολύ ωραία

Η διαδικασία του check in όπου έπρεπε να ανεβάζουμε φωτογραφίες κλπ ήταν λίγο βαρετή
