The location is very good, and the apartment mostly has new furniture so that was nice

The level of unprofessionalism of the hosts, the false advertising since even tho it says ‘the whole place to yourself’ it actually means it is shared. No one knew it was shared because it is not stated clearly. In the safe were the keys to a room that was not ours, so we thought that we were staying there. When I complained the hosts said it was my fault for not calling him when we arrived to the flat (after they were not answering my messages because it was 4 AM) . After some back and forth offered a refund.

It met expectations.

It wasn’t welcoming - dark atmosphere. I felt like I was in a dungeon, wasn’t easy to find. To improve, it would help to have more lighting for starters and a more welcoming vibe. Now this was my first self-checkin i experienced so it was a bit awkward. However, I am currently staying at a place with self check in, in Portugal where it is very welcoming, and comfortable.
