Stylish Valletta Apartment

The apartment is located on a quiet street within 5 to 10 minutes walk of many tourist attractions in Valletta. It is sufficiently equipped to cater to those on a short holiday. Edward, our host, gave us all the necessary directions well in time for our visit. There was a problem with the air-conditioner in one of the bedrooms but it was fixed very promptly, All in all, we were very satisfied.

The apartment really is very stylish. It is in a great location in Valletta - close to everything but a bit removed from the areas mobbed by cruise ship passengers. The bed was extremely comfortable and it is great to have 2 bathrooms. (The main bedroom has an ensuite and the 2nd bathroom is off the living area.) We found the host incredibly helpful and Edward was always available if we had a question.

The entrance foyer has an incredibly unpleasant smell and as the apartment is on the ground floor this smell often came in. It was easily fixed by opening a window but this also let in mosquitoes. While ever the building next door has construction work happening the apartment will be noisy and dusty which also renders the small balcony unusable. Given the price of the apartment we would have appreciated a few more things being supplied like shampoo and insect spray.

Breakfast not included, however there was a little deli close by to purchase breakfast items. Location very good, convenient to walk everywhere , eg view of the sea, restaurants, main Valletta town and bus station.

Room with single beds was very noisy from next door neighbours and bed not comfortable. One bathroom basin was leaking and needed to be fixed. TV didn’t work and also the coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee machine. Adjoining building started renovations very early.

The check-in went very smooth, I received the instructions on my phone via Whatsapp and the keys were super easy to find in the secure box. The apartment had everything that we needed including a kitchen with oven, fridge and enough kitchenware. There was AC in all the rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds, WiFi, a balcony, the place is located on the ground floor, the neighborhood is very quiet at night and the host would respond any question within few minutes. To reach the main bus stops you have to walk 10-15 min and to take the ferry to Sliema you are just 5 min away from it.

In general everything was perfect. Just small details like an empty soap container, there was no need to ask for it because it was much easier to buy a new one while getting groceries. Around the building there is a construction/remodeling area, personally it didn't distube us at all, just not to be surprised about it.

Lovely modern apartment. Good location. A little away from the hustle and bustle so it was quiet but still within walking distance to many restaurants and all of the main sites. Very clean and well equipped. Edward was also very helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend.

Our adult children in the second room thought the beds a little uncomfortable. My husband and I had no issue with our mattress though.

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment, and I recommend it! The location was absolutely perfect, situated close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The host was always ready to provide us with valuable information. He promptly answered all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless and very well-maintained.
