Sunny Rooftop

Locatie en het terras buiten zijn top! Prima contact met host. Goede en duidelijke instructies. Heel veel faciliteiten in keuken en voor wasmachine aanwezig (peper, zout olie wasmiddel etc.) Fijn dat er parkeerplaats is.

Kleine details: Het bed was wat hard en de bank niet zo comfortabel. We kwamen binnen in een super warm apartement met een kind van 2 na lang reizen. Jammer dat de airco niet al was aangezet. Geen parasol op het balkon voor middag en avond. Zonwering die er was had geen zin op dat tijdstip van de dag. Qua faciliteiten ontbrak een kinderbedje en kinderstoel, dit was vooraf wel bekend.

View from building wasn’t great. Front of building and surrounding buildings run down. Parking challenging.

Property was very clean and comfortable.Great location. Very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Easy access to the centre. Able to park our car at the apartment. Nice to have the terrace also. Communication was great.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property was only 5 mins walk from the promenade and old town. The roof terrace was the highlight for us — as pictured, very spacious and had sun all day

A minor issue was the shower as ran cold quite quickly

The appartment was, clean, comfortable and the furnishings and equipment are all moden. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The terrace was a bonus and we sat outside every day for food and drinks. The town centre is just a short, ten-minute walk away. You need to be careful with the shower as the water tank is small and if you use too much water it starts to run cold.

Everything was fine.

Spotlessly clean, in a great location just out of the tourist centre, brilliant sunny balcony, really comfortable bed, everything was of the highest standard. Adriana was a wonderful host.

Nothing was wrong at all, we had everything we needed.

Excellent location with easy walking access to the town and port. Convenient local shops and there was a no-fee ATM just across the street (very rare in Croatia). Well equipped kitchen.

Checkout a little complicated with a car as you need the keys to open and relock the chain on the parking lot then put the keys in the box at the building entrance but there is really no place to leave the car while ypu walk back to drop the keys, we forgot about the chain and were stranded (locked in) until a neighbour was kind enough to get her keys and let us out. Be aware that the large terrace is sunny as advertised so very hot during the day.

The city was wonderful, Adriana was extremly kind and helpful.

The apartment was excellent.Great location 10-15 mins to the old town and other sites.There is a bakery 5 mins away and a supermarket about 10 minutes away.The facilities in the apartment were brilliant a real home from home.The Sun terrace was perfect for the great Split weather.The apartment is well finished with quality touches.

Nothing it was perfect.I would buy it myself.
