Poggio Giulia

Fantastisk smukt og velholdt område. Familien der passer stedet er utroligt søde og servicemindede. Hele familien (5 stk) er enige om at give Poggio Giulia en varm anbefaling. Det er ikke sidste gang vi kommer her.

It is very beautiful property which is clearly very well looked after - immaculate in every way. The views are spectacular and the surroundings stunning. The host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly, with some great restaurant recommendations (and help with booking). It really is a wonderful place. The apartments themselves are well equipped and very comfortable. We will be back!

Loved everything about this place! Beatiful surroundings /landscape and just as you would imagine Tuscany in your dreams! Not too far to drive to Pisa, Florence and other Tuscany highlights, and hiking just by the property. The place is carefully renovated with high quality material and details that adds to the special feeling. Well equipped kitchen and effective/modern AC. Great with a starter kit in the kitchen. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is just amazing, with a clean and beautiful pool. Garden is well kept and nice looking. In general the place is super clean everywhere. We had a wonderful vacation here and would love to revisit. 10 points definitely!

You definitely need a car, as there is no restaurant or shop within walking distance - beware that the roads getting to the place are sometimes narrow and steep, including the entrance to the property. It's also important you don't get a noisy neighbor as it's not fully soundproof between the units. Also note the washing machine is a joint one in the reception, not in each apartment.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Frederico en Elisabeth van Poggio Giulia. Het uitzicht over de verschillende landschappen is adembenemend. Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om verschillende steden in Toscane te bezoeken. Het huisje is zeer proper en de nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Iedereen is supervriendelijk en je voelt je zeer welkom. Als je iets nodig hebt, krijg je dit onmiddellijk zonder problemen. Wij komen zeker terug!

De locatie was geweldig! Niet alleen de plek en het uitzicht op zich, maar ook met alle prachtige stadjes en plekken op maximaal 1 uur rijden. Een perfecte plek om Toscane te verkennen. De eigenaren waren heel behulpzaam en staan altijd voor je klaar.

Prachtige locatie, we hadden een vrijstaand huisje met 3 slaapkamers. Altijd plek bij het zwembad en leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Supermarkt op 10 minuten met de auto. Fijne plek om buiten te zitten met een goede parasol. Lieve eigenaren die goed via whatsapp te bereiken zijn.

Voor ons was het bed wat te zacht maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. De pubers misten een oven.

Amazing views and very serviceable accommodation, the pool is great.

Somewhat far from major sights and cities, as well as bigger stores etc.

Beautiful on a hilltop with fantastic view. 1h away from Pisa or Florence. Easy drive both ways. Not far from a grocery. Elisabetta was so nice and caring. Pool was cool and refreshing.

Breakfast included would have been nice.
