"Solid option for short stay, great location."

It is a perfect location close to train station and several bus stops. The owner was helpful, stored my bag before it was time to check-in. Inside the room things are not new, but it was clean, had coffee and tea included. Restaurant at the property was great.

Mattress was a bit old, but should be fine if you stay for a day or two. I've been there for five days and didn't have my trash removed, although I think they would help if I asked. Overall I'd say it is still great value for its money.

Ruime kamers aan een bijgebouw van een restaurant, goed gelegen aan de Sant'Apollinare Nuovo. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Het personeel. Het uiterste uur van vertrek is 10:30 (context : in oktober is het 's morgens nog te koud om te fietsen, vandaar dat ik liever later vertrek). Om 10:00 wordt al aan mijn deur geklopt voor de schoonmaak. Akkoord voor 10:30. Om10:30 klokslag komt de schoonmaakster zonder te kloppen de kamer binnen. Ik word er echt buitengejaagd.
