Very nice, fresh and cosy apartment. WiFi was good enough even for work.

VERY authentic setting and most comfortable. WE loved your holiday stay and the help we received from our host.

Very friendly host, great location with shops/cafes at your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll to the central area. Parking was doable - after some scouting of the area one can easily find a spot (though I'd personally suggest NOT to drive in Palermo) Place was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Aircon and all appliances functioning properly. Complimentary canoli :)

If you are taller than 1.70m it could be a bit of an issue as the upstairs bedroom has low ceilings. The metal staircase leading to the second floor could do a bit of improving - i e. putting rounded tips on the handrail edges and soft tips on the bottom of the stairs as it's super-easy to hurt yourself when moving around.

The location is fantastic, the property as a whole is great. The courtyard is a fantastic place to eat a meal or have breakfast. The hosts are very approachable and welcoming and a great touch of getting us some Cannoli's which makes you feel very welcome. Bed is very comfortable, good choice of utensils and cutlery.

There are a few things if sorted it would make the stay a lot more enjoyable. The shower button which changes from overhead to handheld is very difficult to use. There is barely any warm water when the second person uses the shower. Finally the toilet seat needs repairing as it was broken. Would have been good to have extra towels as we had the same set for all 3 days and no spares in case of any soilage.
