Speedy check in, good value for the money, cleanliness, good starting point for exploring the city, cheap and authentic neighbourhood with not so many tourists around. The host was very helpful.

The appartement is located in a busy street, there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic.

Apartamento a 15 minutos del centro. Parada de metro a 1 minuto. Todo reformado , nuevo y limpio. Dueño muy comunicativo ,nos pasó información de TODO. Un placer pasar 4 días en este apartamento y Oporto nos pareció precioso.

We (a couple) rented the apartment for a week. The location is just perfect - just at the side of the city center which allowed us to reach everything on foot, still be out of the middle of tourist buzz. And in case you need public transport: the metro station to the city and to the airport is just a few meters away, so as a bust station and other bus stops. With a great grocery and a bakery in the street, a supermarket the next street all the necessary daily shopping means are just around. The apartment itself is great. Spotless clean, spacy, full of light equipped with a very comfy bed, a nice, clean bathroom with a big mirror. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing breakfast or an easy lunch, the dishes and cutlery are clean, the design is simple and modern. You can trust the pictures, you will get exactly what you see there. Diego is a great host, friendly, responsive and very informative. He gave us useful tips about restaurants, supermarkets around, spots to visit and told us the practicalities about the flat upon our arrival. Checking in and out was very easy. We loved everything about ours stay in Lovely Bonfim, and would definitely book it again for our next stay in Porto.

This is nothing not to like, but it would be useful to have a shelf in the bathroom to put cloths on.

The ratings may seem confusing. Let me state all the good things first. This is a very well maintained property with many things that have been updated. The kitchen was great and having a washing machine to use well into our trip made it possible to pack less. The apartment was located centrally and allowed us to see all of the things we wanted to see. It was easy to get the room codes from our host and we felt the price was good.

The apartment is advertised as having a king bed, which was why we chose it for our first trip to Portugal, a special trip for our 30th anniversary. Imagine arriving to find that the bed available is a not a king bed, not a queen, but a full. I am 6’4” and near 275 lbs. My wife and I needed to sleep in separate rooms during our time in Porto. Our host claimed that the size of his bed wasn’t available as a choice on Booking.com, so he pick what he thought was closest. Hardly, and we saw numerous ads that had all sizes of mattresses, including full. We certainly would not have chosen the apartment if we had know what size bed was really there. For reference, see the pictures of a 6’ CPAP hose laying both the length and width of the mattress. With the attachments at the ends, the hose is approximately 75”, the exact length of a full mattress. You can see how narrow the bed is. A king mattress is 80” wide. This bed is over two feet narrower. This truly spoiled what should have been a special stay in Porto for an anniversary trip. For a smaller person or couple, this apartment could work. The host needs with someone from Booking.com to correct his add.

Apartamento limpio, bien organizado, NO faltaba de nada, productos de limpieza( que habitualmente suelen faltar los aparatos), plancha, secador,, piso moderno, agradable, aire acondicionado, se iré caliente, muy bien ubicado en un barrio donde todavía se mantiene la identidad de barrio de Oporto, con restaurantes cercanos, tiendas, comercios... Nos ha encantado.
