Sunrise Court

We were a group of friends who decided to spend a few days in Malta, having rented a house in Marsaskala, designated as Sunrise Court, through Booking.com. As agreed, we arrived at the house on September 20, 2025, at 9:00 PM, expecting to be greeted by the owner, but nothing. With no one to receive us and without the access code, we had to stay on the street until we finally managed to contact the owner. When we finally managed to contact her, she gave us the access code to the house, and we were able to enter. Upon entering the house, to our astonishment, we saw the state of disrepair and the lack of cleanliness throughout the house. Doors where we had to hold the doorknob in our hand, and the dampness on the walls. In the bedrooms, the bedspreads were torn, the sheets were stained with who-knows-what, besides hair, the pillows were stained… full of mold… In the kitchen, the stove was filthy, the cutlery was full of food scraps, the tablecloth was torn, and the floor was dirty with plastic scattered all over it. These situations are supported by photographs that we will try to attach to this review. Given the disgusting state of the house and the fact that the owner offered as a solution that she would come by the next day to clean, we had to make the decision to find another place to stay during our vacation, as we no longer trusted the owner. Only because of the disgusting state that prevented us from staying in the house as we intended did we file a complaint with Booking for cancellation and a full refund of the amount we paid. During the week we were in Malta, we kept calling Booking.com to find out the status of our stay, and the answer was always the same, which showed very little interest in resolving our issue. The owner stopped responding to any attempts to contact us, whether by message or phone, after being confronted with the conditions of the house and that it was impossible for us to live there. To our astonishment, Booking.

Molto ampia e nell’ insieme niente male ma …

In primis la stanza ci è stata data con tre ore di ritardo !!!! Nonostante ci fosse stato raccomandato di non arrivare prima delle tre .All’ inizio ci ha perfino comunicato l indirizzo sbagliato ! Nell appartamento mancavano tante cose ! Tant è che per “recuperare “ un po’ di tempo perso abbiamo lasciato i piatti da lavare . Inoltre c era in tutto l appartamento in odore di fogna : fortuna che ci abbiamo fatto solo due notti ! Comunque non lo consiglio !!!!!!

Lokalizacja super miejsce. Do „plazy” trzeba trochę przejść ale naprawdę urokliwe miasto. Niedaleko przepyszna pizza i fajny bar gdzie można zagrać w bilard czy pograć w gry. Taras też na super plus miło się siedziało. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.

Mieliśmy dużo problemów. W udogodnieniach jest papier toaletowy a po przyjeździe okazuje się że jest jedna rolka papieru na 5 dni na5 osób. Właściciel twierdził że to standard. Światło w łazience nie działało (łazienka bez okna) więc pierwszego wieczoru kąpaliśmy się przy latarce (tutaj plus dla właściciela bo na drugi dzień ktoś przyszedł I wymienił żarówkę), niestety kran w kuchni nam przeciekał (po jednym dniu znowu ktoś to naprawił) nocleg był na 5 osób, 5 łóżkiem była nie rozkładana kanapa (ale To już do własnej oceny czy będzie komuś wygodnie). W udogodnieniach były też ręczniki na 5 osób dostaliśmy 2 duże ręczniki i 6 małych (5 osobą nie miała swojego kompletu) natomiast tutaj właściwe też to rozwiązał po jednym dniu. Na sam koniec jeśli chodzi o czystość apartamentu było oki (znaleźliśmy wkładkę higieniczna obok kanapy, pewnie serwis sprzątający tego nie zauważył) Podsumowując było bardzo sporo nie przyjemnych sytuacji które nam trochę uprzykrzały wyjazd.

La posizione è centrale e vicina ai negozi di prima necessità, ristoranti e bar. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento sono abbastanza grandi da contenere due famiglie. C'è la lavastoviglie nel caso si volesse usufruire della cucina anche in vacanza. La cucina è abbastanza fornita anche se manca un vero coltello da taglio 😅. Il sistema del deposito anche se avevo delle riserve in realtà è molto comodo tramite quel sito.

La struttura è particolare, tutta interna quindi le finestre sono oltre che all'ingresso alla fine delle stanze da letto. Si percepisce quindi un forte odore di chiuso per mancanza di aereazione una volta entrati. La struttura sembra poco curata in alcune cose (tipo il divano) come altre recensioni lasciano intendere. C'è ancora la macchina sul copriletto 😅. Un solo bagno con un cortile poco curato fuori una stanza da letto. Io la consiglio per un soggiorno a chi non ha troppe pretese e budget limitato

Visiškai neplauta patalynė, senks sutrintos pagalvės, nevalytos grindys. Indų daug, bet nėra peilio. Nėra būtinų dalykų: muilo, druskos... Tam, kad pasigamint minimaliai pusryčius atsivežkit druskos, kavos, arbatos, cukraus... Kaimynai triukšmingi.
