La chambre vraiment trop petite et le toilette juste à côté de la douche pas terrible

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. The people are really friendly and kept our bags for us after we had checked out as we had some time before our flight. The location is really close to the citadel, which we liked as we only had one day in Hue and that was the main thing we wanted to do. It’s a little further out though if you want to be near the main area for food/drinks in the evenings. But Grab taxis are super cheap and quick so this wasn’t an issue.

No elevator

Beautiful home with a very kind and considerate family. They held our bags for us until evening when we were going on the night train. Cozy tidy room. Very convenient location near the Imperial City.

The bed is quite firm. This seems to be common.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Lovely terrace in the garden to have coffee.

Small room but it was fine for a short stay

Moon Homestay is a lovely place to stay within walking distance of the Imperial City. It is a Grab ride away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet section of town. Our room was 2 floors up (no elevator for those with mobility limitations) and was quite comfortable - very clean, sofa to sit on, wardrobe and shelves to put stuff away, good air conditioning, good water pressure, filtered water provided as needed, and helpful, friendly staff. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops near by. We did not opt for breakfast included.

It would be nice to have a glass divider in the shower to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. I would not recommend the lagoon tour that they sell though another company - it advertised kayaking and lagoon tour, which didn't happen. It was a quick walk through the mangroves with some explanation and then a boat ride to a restaurant in the lagoon. The restaurant was good but one could do that alone without the rest of the tour. This is nothing against the hotel, just the tour.
