The location was perfect, right behind the Jamaa El Fnaa square. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was good, the staff was so kind! They were very available and they let us leave our baggage there after we checked-out for the whole day, without paying anything. The breakfast was delicious and rich.

Bem localizado com fácil acesso. Os funcionários foram ótimos, ajudando a tirar o chuveiro (que estava quebrado quando chegamos) e disponibilizando algumas comidinhas de café de manhã porque sairíamos muito cedo no dia seguinte.

O quarto tinha uma janela que não fechava, tornando-o muito frio. Já o ar condicionado / aquecedor simplesmente não funcionava. Na última noite o chuveiro não esquentava mais. Pedimos ajuda mas ninguém veio resolver. Em uma noite fazia 10 graus la fora, entao com o frio entrando pela janela + aquecedor sem funcionar + chuveiro que nao esquentava, nao conseguimos tomar banho e quase não conseguimos dormir de tanto frio.
