Warmth of house, outdoor space to rear. location.

Bed in front room needs repair work and hoover underneath; matress not supported at all...both support sticks underneath lying flat on floor, hence the inability for two people to sleep comfortably .... middle of matress dipped onto floor consequently. Great appliances available however the coffee making machine wouldn't work and microwave not heating anything up either. TV in front bedroom not working. Were other options available so not a huge issue. Bed was main issue overall.
