Easy check in. The cabin was snug, cozy, quiet. Great view while eating breakfast/dinner. Rustic farm, near Andalsnes. Parking right by the cabin.

The wi-fi was out of commission. But, there was 5G cell service and using my unlimited data eSim I could tether my computer, plenty fast.

The host was very friendly and hospitable and gave us great recommendations. The area is super quiet and the rustic cabin really feels like you're away from the rest of the world. The cabin has everything you need and we cooked our dinner and breakfast in the little kitchen. We loved that you can light candles and enjoy the silence.

Basic but very nice little cabin. Spectacular location!

I stayed in the cabin which was very cozy. The location is a bit out of the village in a farm house. There is nice view of the fiord. The cabin has private bathroom which was a bit small but fully functional. The bed was comfy. There is a kitchen but it has only a stove top and no oven so keep that in mind.

There is no WiFi in the cabin

I stayed at the deluxe double room which actually turned out to be the whole cottage named Stabbur. The cottage is straight from a fairy tale and immediately inspired me to either paint or write poetry there. It ended up being the best place I stayed in on my week long trip around Norway and with the nicest owner too. If you’re in the area I highly recommend spending at least a night at little Stabbur cottage.
