New Residence

Owner contacted us to check in at her neighbour at #81 (instead of Lunga str #85) where we paid cash and were not issued a recept. The owner/contact person of New Residence then insisted we cancelled the reservation on booking.com and recalled the payment in the website. She then went ahead and cancellef herself while we were still stating there! We don't mind the moving to another address but the sneaking, the pressure to cancel via multiple messages in WhatsApp and involving us in lying felt inappropriate and frankly caused me unnecessary stress during a holiday where I was supposed to relax and stress.

The pressure to cancel while we were in fact cecked-in and paid cadh, and the fact that the owner went ahead and cancelled herself.

Ubytování bylo bez problému, dostačující pro krátkou návštěvu města. Není vyloženě v centru, ale dá se docela snadno a rychle dojít na staré náměstí. Cca 15 minut. V apartmánu je víceméně vše potřebné, dva samostatné pokoje, pěkná koupelna. Majitel komunikoval dobře.

Apartamentul are voie de o curățenie și o igienizare,multă murdărie ,praf,pânze de păianjeni pe după mobile,pete de murdărie pe calorifere,uși,pereți.Prosoape urate,uzate. Ca să nu îmi stric sejurul am încercat să mă fac ca nu văd.
