SULKHAN SERVICED APARTMENT

The people working there were super welcoming and friendly. I walked around the area to get Chipsmayay and met some nice people on the streets. As soon as you are speaking kiswahili a bit you will always find friends on sansibar. Asante sana James na Furaha :)

One pillow on my bed had a little blood stain.

Joseph was kind enough to accompany me find some food and drinks

The rooms and bathroom are very sketchy with stains in the sheets, shower not working very well

Khamis (reception) / Ali (driver) were very helpful and friendly. I was practising my suajili with them. Very good teachers. Thanks guys for a good time in your hotel. Asante sana rafiki

Our flight got cancelled in the middle of the night and had to book a hotel last minute, perfect location- super close to the Airport! Comfortable bed and good money/value for one night. And 10/10 for the staff!! We didn’t had any drinkwater nor cash, and the very kind gentlemen went out to get us water at 3AM!! Can’t thank you enough.

The proximity to the airport. The receptionist in the morning was a nice guy to talk to, and service minded. The room was quite spacious. The omelette was good.

The receptionist at night when I arrived. He was clearly intoxicated, and smelled of alcohol. He did not welcome me, hardly looked at me, and seemed annoyed and very unconcerned. The breakfast was minimalistic, one tiny omelette and two slices of untoasted toast bread. The "coffee" was a disaster.

Location was easily reachable,safe,with some basic needs like atm available Staff team were very nice and kind Room was big enough with good facilities (except the bathroom had no hot water) and clean.

Just ensure food items esp those that don't rot are available in variety of options. Items to add for tea preparation were finished Install option of hot water in the bathrooms. Only cold water was available
