Its simple, value of money, strategic location and the room is full air conditioning and water heater is good.

From my view, its okay.. Nothing to complaint, as the value worth it.

Nothing

The bed mattress, sheet and blanket is poor. Look old and unclean. The provided towel doesn't look clean. The toilet doesn't look clean, with stain, debris and hair are seen. Then water will suddenly turn turbid and the water system make funny sound throughout the night.
