Everything! The location is easy. You will get lost only the 1st time but they send you a video and Google Maps works fine. Perfect place to stay! All new and clean! Great food! Staff very friendly! Osama is great! I will come back for sure!!

Buena ubicación. Limpieza perfecta. Habitaciones y colchones confortables. Belleza del riad. Muy buen desayuno. Y, sobre todo, el equipo del hotel: todos siempre atentos a tus necesidades y con un trato muy agradable. Gracias a Chouaib y a todos por su servicio y amabilidad.

E’ una bella struttura.

This is a riad in which everything works very well. Excellent beds, shower, aircon etc. I would say it has been very recently refurbished. The breakfast, served on the roof, was exceptional, substantial, and different everyday. It was the daily highlight of our four day stay. We also ate in three times, in the evening and at lunch and the home cooking was superb and, we thought, much fresher and healthier than in some of the restaurants. The location is good too. The Jemaa el Fna is very close with a lot of restaurants and bars, It is an easy ten minute walk to the palaces and historic sites to the south, and the souk and other attractions to the north. Unless you know Marrakech very well you should take up the airport transfer offer. You are met from the car by a porter with barrow for your luggage who takes you there, across the Jemaa el Fna, so it is a good way to arrive. You wont be able to find the Riad (or any Riad probably) the first time on your own, but it is easy to find after that. You get a key to the front door, but there are staff there 24/7. I have not yet mentioned the staff, who are exceptionally attentive but not at all intrusive. It is like having a personal assistant or concierge service all the time. Nothing was too much. Everything was clear. They were so polite. The communications were perfect. We had a Whatsapp chat with the manager from before we arrived at the airport. So yes, thank you so much all the team at Riad Nadallin! We had a great time.

El servicio fue excelente desde el momento de la reserva. Todos contribuyeron a que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor posible. El riad es muy bonito y está muy cerca de la medina y de la plaza principal. El desayuno es delicioso y muy abundante, todo está muy bien preparado y se disfruta en la terraza del riad. ¡Una experiencia estupenda!

La habitación me pareció un poco oscura.

It’s a newly renovated Riad and the rooms are quite nice.

We left the Riad 3 days early due to a host of issues we shared with the owner (noisy guests, bad fitting sheets, initially put in smaller room); some were corrected but others not so much. We personally found the location/neighborhood to be quite a mess with abandoned buildings hosting various drug use. Wish someone mentioned that before. And for the record, we ate the costs of those 3 nights.

Gute Lage, neue Ausstattung. Dank des freundlichen Empfangs und der Betreuung von Akrad fühlten wir uns wohl.

Die Zahlungsaufforderung und Ankunftsformalitäten vor dem Willkommenstee waren für uns ungewohnt und befremdend. Frische Früchte zum Frühstück wären willkommen.
