great abd big villa that have everything you want or need. amazing showers, strong water current with hot waters. the bed is hyge, the room itself is also quit big. theres a big kitchen if yiu want to do BBQ and a place to wash your feet beforecyou enter the villa house.

Brand new build. Beautiful garden. 5 minute walk from town so nice and quiet compared to the main street. Fully equipped kitchen A/C and en suite in each bedroom. Very comfortable relaxing stay. Certainly one of the higher quality accommodations in Arugam Bay. Large comfortable beds. I would stay here again if I return to Arugam Bay. Amir the owner keeps the property extremely clean and was always easily contactable if I needed anything. Very friendly guy providing a great service and help whenever needed. Security camera around the parameter although the neighborhood is very safe anyway. There will be absolutely no disappointment in your stay at Coconut Villa. Beautiful place.
