"Bad"

The apartment is very dirty. There is no bed linen. There are cigarette butts in the sink, the toilet is dirty, the apartment is not cleaned, there are dirty pieces of paper lying around everywhere. It’s disgusting to go to the toilet, the door is broken, there is dirt on the floor, and dead cockroaches. And on the balcony there is a bag of smelly slop. The landlord refused to solve the problem and claims that everything is as it should be. I had to give up housing there. Please take action against the landlord and return the money.
