1. Clean and tidy 2. Full of facilities, as stated in page prior booking, no hidden surprise 3. Bed is comfy and air cond is cool. Properly maintained. 4. TV is good. Full Netflix experience. That's is unexpected. 5. Toilet facilities are in perfect condition. Water is strong, heater is fully functional and gives very good temperature. 6. Sofa is nice!

1. The front gate needs some maintenance. The rollers need some greasing, if not, it will keep running out of the track. Heavy gate also. 2. Outside need to be cleaned a bit. A bit dusty.
