Villa Losanna

Lovely villa with a beautiful garden and wonderful pool. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen as it was very hot. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well presented. Patricia was a delightful host, discreet but replied promptly to my queries.

We had problems finding the villa as the Satnav does not take you to an accessible entrance to the gated estate. It would have been helpful to have full directions the previous day before we left home. Patricia did contact me in the morning but my phone did not have reception upon arriving in Sicily.

Amazing house, Patrizia is great host, we enjoy in our vacation.

Helpful owner, good kitchen facilities indoor and out. Good sized rooms. Pool good with plenty of seating around. Good garden.

Some maintenance issues, e.g. showers, kitchen kickboard. Streets in much of Mondello not very clean and pavements poorly maintained.

The woman who owns the property was lovely and very helpful, the facilities were also great, lovely pool and outdoor kitchen made for nice evening meals with a great Mountain View, 20 minute walk from Mondello beach or a fairly cheap uber into Palermo main city, also close to a supermarket

Nothing to do with the property itself but the specific trash days and no main bin for the street made it hard to control the amount of rubbish we had left behind by the 5 of us, also Uber drivers would go to a street over from the front door even when street and house number specified.

Die Lage ist super - unweit vom Strand - ca 6 km bis Palermo

Im oberen Schlafzimmer haben Stechmücken ihren Spaß -

Great facilities: pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower. The garden is a fresh oasis in the sicilian heath. The beach is a 20 min Walk away, but we loved the house so much we spent the hot afternoons lounging around. Plenty of towels and pool towel provided. As well as a washing machine (essential for gelato-stained kids clothes) 😀 The owner Patrizia is lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Résidence sécurisée avec un gardien à l'entrée qui filtre les arrivants. La villa est très bien équipée et la piscine est fabuleuse (profonde : Parfaite pour les plongeons). Les propriétaires vivent sur l'un des flancs de la villa . Ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé vu que nous profitions des extérieurs uniquement en journée. Peut-être plus dérangeant le soir à partir de 21H, vu qu'ils dinent dehors. Place de parking privé juste devant la villa très apprécié.

La climatisation de la chambre à l'étage qui est bruyante et qui fuie. La vaisselle n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de la villa. Le lave vaisselle de la cuisine extérieure mériterait d'être changé (lave très mal).
