Lift break down...kene angkat bagasi dri basement ke lobby.. Masuk bilik,tv rosak(berasap),aircond panas,telefon utk call reception counter rosak,kettle rosak.. Call reception mintak kettle,xdihantar.. Tolong double check be4 customer masuk.. Menyusahkan😤
