The access to the beach, and the pleasant stays, You also have good access to beach shacks for good food. We did survive a thunderstorm and it dint feel like we had to be worried. Overall it has been good my entire family enjoyed it. They also have contacts to activities such as boat rides if you are interested .!

I haven’t found anything that’s too much for an issue with the property .! Zero issues for me.

"Top location but a little complacent?"

Certainly is close to the beach. Looking around, plenty of alternatives that seemed to be a little better built. Price a bit toppy, especially for end of season (mid-May) I got the feeling of complacency. OK, it's the end of the season but it was my first day there.

Small point but clean the window. It's a big test it's of the room so two minutes effort would change the vibe completely.

Rooms are good comfy next to beach and clean as well. Service is also great
