Este poziționată în centrul orașului, foarte aproape de Parcul central, piață, teatru și magazine. Garsonieră este curată, destul de spațioasă. Baia este un pic cam înghesuită, însă pentru o zi, două nu prea are mare importanță.

Lipsa prosoapelor de bucătărie.
