ATParking,reception,room,bath,bed ,breakfast and location all very good.An extremely reasonable priced bed & breakfast particularly traveling with own car and wish to visit Tirol Castle,Timmeljoch and Jaufen pass.

HUThe room and the bathroom are super clean, owners are very friendly and helpful. You can find very good salty and sweet breakfast. Dogs are welcomed.
LUHUExcellent accomodation - a real value for the money. The host were flexible, helpful and understanding. The room was extra clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with boiled eggs on request (free of charge). There is a self service 24/7 "bar" (a fridge :)) and you can use a common fridge and kitchen for your own stuff. There is a nearby bus station (10 mins of walking) from where you can travel to Merano and Tirolo free of charge with the SüdTirol GuestPass that can be aquired from the reception.
The only negative I can think of is the fact that it is located outside of Merano and Tirolo near the main road therefore it is a bit noisier because of the traffic, but nothing serious.
AUSuper clean, newly renovated rooms. Great host and breakfast! Great location also. Will return for sure!
