Excellent location - close to the train station, close to the public beach. Everything you need nearby (bakery, shop, pharmacy). The owners are very willing and accommodating. Everything perfectly clean, including a large sunny terrace.

Wonderful stay and Massimo has been so helpful.

The apartment was nice. Grocery shopping is close by. The hosts were really helpful and kind and even ordered a taxi for us that would bring us to the airport on our departure day.

Unfortunately, the in-house neighbors were very loud. The building is very poorly soundproofed. We heard the neighbors walking, talking, debating and one evening even singing. That was the case nearly every evening until 10:30 or 11 pm, which was a bit annoying, especially if you have to get up at 5:30. If you are a bad or light sleeper, I highly recommend you bring your ear plugs.

One of the best apartments I have ever been, even with ready pet nest and everything, are you kidding me. I absolutely loved it ever single thing of it. As soon I stepped in I feel home. Best hosts ever and , top quality kit for the guests. I be back for sore.

Plenty of space. The sofa area and balcany. safe area, short distance to an excellent beach.

Not very soundproof and some renovations going on in the next apartment. Bed could be better.

This was our last day of our trip to Sicily and Rome! And it was our best stay of the whole trip! The apartments are chic! The location is excellent! Sea! Weather! Mood! Many thanks to Katya and Christian for their help and welcome! Great, positive and friendly people. We will definitely return to your apartment and will advise everyone. Looks even better than on the photos! Lots space, 2 really nice bedrooms (double bed + two single beds) with aircones and two separate nice bathrooms! Big and bright living room connected with nice kitchen. In the kitchen a lot equipment, everything to cook and even more! Welcome food was very nice surprise, very nice balcony, close to the beach, shops, bar/restaurants and train station, localisation is perfect! And the best: the owners! Very friendly and extremely helpful people! Only one thing was bit problematic: internet, but this is like in most places in Rome. Apart from that, 10/10, definitely highly recommended!
