Casa Victoria

We enjoyed the ease of access to public transportation and access to the Olhao downtown and Marina areas. The terrace was wonderful, especially with good weather. You get good breezes up there and lots of sun. However, there is shelter from the sun as well if needed.

There was construction going on at the unit next door, they started usually around 7:45am to 8am. Noise ordinance ends at 7am so they weren't in violation but there's no sleeping in if you aren't a heavy sleeper. We could have used a dehumidifier or an air filter in the unit or a small one in the rooms. I ran the AC wall unit at night, that was okay for me.

Location was perfect, away from the crowd but easy to walk into the centre. Laundrette was just down the road for the speedy occasional drying needs. Spacious and roof terrace were very nice. Kitchen was just nice for us to cook up some meals during our 1month stay. Host was very accommodating and kind.

Traffic noise can be an issue for light sleepers as it is a popular street to get into town from.

Stunning house, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Checking in and out was very easy. Roof terrace superb, would definitely stay again. Dolce wonderful host, lots of extra goodies supplied.. exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable . Can't fault it, didn't want to leave !

Nothing to dislike. Road a bit noisy at night outside main bedroom but you get used to it, not a problem especially after a few glasses of wine !
