We loved our stay at Alarics Place! Here are some of the things that highlighted our stay ☺️ •Self check-in & out •Automatic door lock. •Quiet place to stay and just relax •Well-lit and ventilated. Air-conditioning was supperb! Mind you, 2 aircons. 1 for the living room and another one IN the bedroom •It has a great view from the balcony •Near Ever Gotesco Commonwealth •Has basic kitchenwares that's ready to use. •24/7 Security guard •Netflix and 2 playable games for PS4. •Spacious bedroom and living room compared to other units.

What we didn't like during our stay? None. Let's talk about how we can improve the experience more for the next guest :) •The heavy-ass white chair. It's seriously heavy to the point that I had to drag it so I could have a little space between the table and chair to sit on. (I'm sorry, neighbors 😅). One of the guards knocked on us during our stay regarding the chair being dragged, causing noise. •A taller trashbin, maybe? We cooked food inside the unit and then did food delivery. Trashbin provided isn't tall enough to put all of our garbage. •Better communication for check-in time. We were instructed that check-in time is 2:00 PM thru e-mail. We were at the unit's door by 2:00PM, and surprisingly, they were still cleaning the unit that made us wait for at least around 10-15mns for them to finish. •Could have been better if we were instructed to be there by 3:00PM or they did clean the unit right after the previous group since the check out time was 12 noon.
