NLHet appartement is prachtig en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede airconditioning en prima bedden. De ligging is ook fantastisch. Op loopafstand van veel restaurants en een supermarkt en een leuk koffietentje aan de overkant van de straat. Privé parkeerplaats. Nicola is een fantastische gastheer. Hij heeft heel goed voor ons gezorgd. Af en toe even checken of alles goed gaat zonder opdringerig te zijn.
Als ik dan iets zou veranderen, dan zou ik een andere comfortabelere bank in het appartement zetten. De huidige bank past eigenlijk niet bij de rest van de luxe van het appartement.
NLAmazing location, easily accessed and bonus for parking on the property. The apartment is perfectly equipped: has everything you could possibly need and is very clean. The rooms are incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a modern interior. The host Nicola was most welcoming and extremely helpful! He met us on the day of arrival to hand over the keys and give us a tour of the property. We also received a special welcome note and snacks from the hosts, which was very lovely. The host also gave us wonderful restaurant and beach recommendations! We would definitely recommend this property!

AUIt was close to the city centre within walking distance of distance to shops and restaurants. Daniella and Nicola were very helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The apartment was so spacious and had all the modern conveniences which we liked.
The traffic noise was a little annoying

GBThe apartment was in a great location. Very close to the city centre, bus routes, on street parking, shops and great restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and very responsive. We were met by the host and he showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment was very clean

One of the bedrooms is quite noisy as it is next to the street. Make sure to close the windows properly, if that’s an issue.
CAThe apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, which is rare. It’s a beautiful apartment, incredibly clean, so nice I would like to live there full time. Our hosts Nicola and Daniela were amazing, very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and very helpful. They recommended very good restaurants to us, and I am a lover of food so this is always an important part of my holiday, they made sure we knew where the best spots were not the tourist spots. I will definitely recommend this place to friends that head to Cagliari and I will 100% stay here again some day. Grazie Mille Daniela e Nicola!
