Super lokalizacja. Basen.

Brudne podłogi (papierki po poprzednikach). Klejące naczynia w szafkach. Zmywarka wyeksploatowana. Zatechła pralka i lodówka z czymś wylanym na dzrwiach, prysznic zaniedbany. Balkon niestety nie zachęca do wyjścia - obrośnięty mchem. Jakby nie odświeżony do zimnie. Cały apartament ładny, ale wymaga już gruntownego odświeżenia - ściany, rolety na górze, kanapy. W oknie przydałyby sie rolety - są jedynie ciężkie zasłony. Z pewnością wybiorę ten obiekt raz jeszcze, ale od innego operatora.

Lokalizacja na duży plus, dostęp do basenu

Apartament już niestety wymaga odświeżenia. Minus również za konieczność odwiezienia kluczy wystarczyłaby mała skrzynka przy drzwiach
